July ADP Movers: Rodgers, White and Brooks Rising, Ridley and Rice Falling

Aaron Rodgers, Rachaad White and Jonathon Brooks are climbing draft boards this month. Calvin Ridley and Rashee Rice are sliding. Here is the reasoning behind each move.

Average draft position moves for a reason, and July is when the reasons start piling up: signings settle in, trades get digested, and injury news firms up or fades. Here is where the market has shifted, and why.

Risers

Aaron Rodgers, QB, Steelers. Rodgers is the single biggest best ball ADP riser of the early offseason, up more than 15 spots since signing with Pittsburgh according to FantasyLife's tracking. A veteran quarterback with something to prove tends to get a bump in market confidence, and Pittsburgh gives him a legitimate set of weapons.

Rachaad White, RB, Commanders. White's ADP jumped after a trade sent him to Washington, reuniting him with Jayden Daniels, his college teammate. FantasyLife's coverage flags the built in chemistry angle as the driving story here.

Jonathon Brooks, RB. Brooks has climbed a full round and a half in recent ADP on workload and opportunity buzz, per 4for4's June tracking, even with real injury history on file, a notable vote of market confidence.

Fallers

Calvin Ridley, WR. Ridley was drafted as a top ten wide receiver last year and finished closer to WR42 in points per game, a significant miss relative to draft cost. FantasyLife's piece lists him among the clearest fallers of the summer as the market corrects for that gap.

Rashee Rice, WR, Chiefs. Rice has fallen more than eight spots in ADP after news of a cleanup procedure on his surgically repaired knee, part of his ongoing rehab for camp. Bleacher Report's injury tracker lists him among the ten key names to monitor because his ADP ties directly to his knee's response to a normal practice workload.

What this means for your draft

ADP risers and fallers this early are as much about story and context as projected stat lines. A quarterback change, a trade to a familiar face, an injury update: each moves the market before a single regular season snap has been played. Camp reports over the coming weeks will confirm or reverse every name on this list, so treat July ADP as a starting point for research, not a final answer.
