Bo Nix Sitting Out Preseason Opener; OBJ Finally Getting Back on the Field
Sean Payton is keeping Bo Nix sidelined for Denver's preseason opener against Atlanta after ankle surgery, while Odell Beckham Jr. is set to play his first game in more than two years for the Giants on Saturday.
Sean Payton met with the media ahead of Denver's preseason opener Friday night vs. the Atlanta Falcons and announced that quarterback Bo Nix will NOT play in that game. The Broncos head coach made clear that Nix is healthy; they do not want his first game back from ankle surgery to be on the preseason stage.
Meanwhile, Giants wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. will play his first game in more than two years on Saturday. After a lengthy absence, OBJ is finally getting back into live action.
