Spillane Takes Shot at Brady's Super Bowl Neutrality

Patriots linebacker Robert Spillane called out Patriots legend Tom Brady's "I don't have a dog in the fight" comment before the Seahawks-Patriots Super Bowl, saying the remark made him feel sick.

Tom Brady's got a statue outside Gillette Stadium, but apparently that doesn't buy you loyalty points with the current Patriots roster.

When Patriots legend Tom Brady said before the Seahawks-Patriots Super Bowl "I don't have a dog in the fight," New England linebacker Robert Spillane wasn't having it. Spillane's response was blunt: the remark made him feel sick.

That's the kind of heat you don't expect to see directed at a guy whose bronze likeness watches over the place. But Spillane's making it clear that neutrality from the GOAT stings different when you're actually suiting up for the team.
