How does the draft simulator work?

The draft simulator runs a mock draft against realistic opponents and grades your picks on ADP value per round: whether you got a player at, above, or below where the field was drafting them, not a guess at how your season turns out.

What the grade means

Each round's grade compares the pick you made against average draft position at that spot in the draft. A pick graded well got a player later than the field usually does; a pick graded poorly reached for a player ahead of where the field values them.

That is a value grade, not a season prediction. It tells you whether the pick was efficient relative to the room, not whether the player will score more or fewer points than expected.

Running a mock

Pick a draft slot and league size and the simulator drafts the rest of the room around you. No account is required to run a mock draft.

Asked & answered

How does the draft simulator work?

Does the draft simulator predict my season?

No. Its grade measures ADP value per round, meaning whether each pick came at, above, or below the field's average draft position for that player, not how the season plays out.

Do I need an account to use the draft simulator?

No. It runs free in the browser with no account required.
